FAQ

Before you take the keys.

Which documents do I need?

The main driver's original licence, held for at least two years, an ID, and a bank card in their name for the deposit hold. An international permit comes in addition to the national licence for countries outside the European Union; it does not replace it.

My flight is late — what happens to the delivery?

We track the flight number you give us when booking, and the delivery follows it. A delay costs nothing and does not shorten your rental: the billed period starts when the keys actually change hands.

Can I return the car outside opening hours?

Yes. There is a key drop at the Jarry agency, and the vehicle is checked at opening. For a collection at the airport or the harbour, we agree a time, including before seven in the morning and after seven in the evening.

What do I do if the car breaks down?

An assistance number is on the contract and in the glovebox, reachable day and night. Breakdown and towing are included. Depending on where and when, we replace the vehicle or we come and get you.

Does the rate change with the season?

Yes, and the calculation is made day by day. A rental that starts in low season and ends in high season is billed at each day's rate, not at the first day's rate. The breakdown appears in the summary.

Can I return the car somewhere else?

Yes, for twenty-five euros, stated in the summary before you confirm anything. Picking up at the airport and returning at the harbour is the most common.
